Returns:
We want you to be happy with our products. You must inform us within 3 business days after the receipt of your order of anything that is unsatisfactory. Having contacted us, you may return the unsatisfactory item within 15 business days of your receipt of the order. You will need to wrap all pieces in their original packaging. Items custom milled at your request cannot be returned. You must pay return shipping. We will refund your purchase price (less shipping cost) promptly.
NO restocking charges. Be certain to send returns insured, in a well-sealed and padded box. Returns not in accordance with the above rules cannot be accepted. You agree that this policy is your sole remedy and that you shall not try to apply any other policy (such as a credit card return policy) in this policy's stead.
